3. When I returned from a 10 day intl trip, I found that I would owe $350 on the non-hotel parking, rather than the complimentary parking I thought I was getting with my room (which I would have, if I'd driven straight to the Westin's front door, not followed signs into the parking garage valet).

4. The hotel provided us with complimentary "emergency kits" (since our toiletries were all in our checked luggage) and a roll-away crib (which I think was complimentary--will only know once the bill to my Visa is finalized).
