6. We called when we returned from our trip (didn't have time in the morning before we left) and they corrected it, but make sure you check your bill.

7. The hotel provided us with complimentary "emergency kits" (since our toiletries were all in our checked luggage) and a roll-away crib (which I think was complimentary--will only know once the bill to my Visa is finalized).
