1. Also, there is a cheap parking lot across the street, within walking distance to everywhere I need to be, close to the 16th St Mall, FREE BREAKFAST (not just ordinary breakfast, a really decent spread).

Fantastic hotel - extremely helpful reception staff - they pointed out that as it was Sunday we could park free outside and save on parking, very comfortable room, great location, good sporting facilities, computer suite as well as wifi and excellent breakfast - would highly recommend it to anyone staying in Denver.

10. We were able to find a great parking spot on the street in front of the Hampton, so did not have to pay the $18 parking fee, which was a bonus.
