5. We arrived at about 10am in the morning after an early and long 3 1/2hour shuttle ride and went right to the Hamton Inn hoping to check in immediately, drop our luggage and shower before going out to tour Denver.

7. We arrived at the hotel at 2:50pm, 10 mins prior to the 'official' check in time of 3pm after being on the road since 7:15am only to be told our room was not ready and it could take up to an hour before the room was ready.
