3. There is parking on the street (metered) and private parking lots right nearby, but the Hampton should do some kind of deal to reduce the fees.

5. It's walking distance to downtown Denver's shopping district (16th Street Mall) and bars/restaurants, but off the beaten path so that you can find parking and not deal with street noise or loud pedestrians.
