1. Helping with reservations or arranging airport shuttle or recommending restaurants or coming up with interesting sites to see and day trips the individuals who work at the Hotel Monaco seem to really enjoy working at the hotel and making guests feel welcome.

5. We were able to get around easily using the free shuttle that runs along the mall and took a taxi one evening to get to and from dinner in LoDo - roundtrip costs about 10.00.

6. The hotel website said there was a shuttle from the hotel to the airport but when we asked about it they recommended that we take a cab since the city shuttle was slow and unreliable.

7. The location can`t be beat, within walking distance of the 16th Street Pedestrian mall (free shuttle going the length of the 16th street mall) as well as many downtown attractions.

9. The hotel is one block from the 16th street mall with quick access to the mall shuttle which runs north and south along the mall corridor, giving easy access to many points of interest in downtown Denver.

10. The location is really special, because you are just off the main promenade and, even though the downtown area of the city is walkable, the shuttle bus that takes you up and down the promenade Is.
