1. For the cost this is a nice option if you are not wanting to spend buco bucks on a hotel room but still be walking distance to pretty much everything downtown.

2. The cost of this room was also very very reasonable - I thought we had gotten a special deal (my wonderful lady is good at finding those deals) but after talking to others it turned out the hotel just had great weekend rates - In short, the value and services provided were exceptional for the cost.
"Great Downtown Hotel & Staff " Read full review on TripAdvisor   11/6/2011 Vote
3. With the right price i would recommend this place to a friend; at full cost I am not so sure.
"Terrific staff, wonderful restaurant, quirky furnishings " Read full review on TripAdvisor   11/12/2009 Vote
4. Especially for the $300 a night cost the Marriot next door is just as nice and is only about $179 a night.

5. The worst part of my experience was the charges made to my credit card for the nick nacks that were served on a tray (which by the way had no indication of any cost attributed along with, who would think that they would charge $6 for a water bottle and same overpriced across the board on small airport size packets of chips/nuts etc).
"Overhyped with bright lights and shiny decoration " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/31/2012 Vote
6. There is no sign whatsoever stating that you will be charged if you consume any of it, considering there is a separate cash bar which obviously needs a key and it cost to dive into that box.

7. The only unfortunate aspect of our stay was the mandatory valet parking which cost $31.00.
"Great Experience " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/24/2012 Vote
8. The restaurant downstairs, Panzano, offers northern Italian cuisine and our dinner was quite good as were the 'house' wines that hotel guests were offered at no cost.
"Lovely, comfortable, and has character " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/19/2012 Vote
9. The metered street parking is only good for 2-4 hours at a time and is fairly costly.
"Beautiful, near convention center, very little parking. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   12/23/2011 Vote
10. By the way the hotel resturant Panzano is beyond words It will cost a few extra $$'s but is well worth it if you can do it.
