4. I wish every hotel paid attention to the small and pretty simple details that make your stay enjoyable, from the hot chocolate and free coffee in the reception area (and wine at night) to free internet to radios that charge your iPhone in your room.

5. The Monaco was in a good location and despite what other reviewers have said $28.00 to come and go with your car as a valet parking charge was VERY reasonable.

6. Free internet is always useful - some of the other hotels in Denver charge for it - and complementary daily wine tasting went down well after a day at the conference - a nice touch.

7. I little ticked at the valet service I confronted them and they gladly gave my truck back with no charge and I parked at the garage.

9. I understand that no parking spaces would be allotted by the hotel since it is in the middle of downtown but to charge $25 bucks for valet is just plain.

10. I'm not on some business junket, where I can stick my company for every charge-- after phenomenal parking and room rates can't you at least give me free WIFI 5th-- only one night stand for two queen-sized beds.
