4. I read the account above, so after I found out that the Denver Monaco Kempton hotel had two reports of bed bugs (on this site and on another)the first thing I did was call the hotel and ask to speak to the manager.

9. We continued to argue and he threatened to kick us out of the hotel (THAT WE WERE PAYING TO STAY IN!) I ended up calling the main Hotel Kimtpon number and spoke with a supervisor who immediately called the manager and forced him to take the charge off the account.
