3. The front desk people were pleasant and prompt and the concierge was very helful booking dinner reservations for us and telling us about the inexpensive way to travel throughout the downtown core on the DART rail system ($1.50 reduced rate day pass per person with unlimited travel that day).

4. The internet in my room would not connect properly with the purchasing site and I was told by the front desk that they would not automatically credit my room with internet despite the problems with their site.

6. I was very upset by how they handled the matter - it would have been better in my opinion to receive a call from the front desk instead of some random, ominous officer knocking on our door.

9. I called the front desk 4-5 times and had to move rooms 3 times, to 3 different floors - these kids were SO loud and running down the hallways with garbage cans filled to the brim with beer bottles.
