5. Unexpected Amenities!(ice-skating rink) My advice: They will try to stick you with a room that overlooks the ice-skating rink (and directly into the offices across the city center).

6. I was all ready to capitalize on my SPG dot com preferred guest platinum card and found out they have NO amenities for preferred guests other than floors with a strategically located placard announcing that fact.
