2. We stayed at this hotel because in the description we saw that it was connected to shops and dining, it was four stars and it had heavenly beds, heavenly bathrooms and bath products along with Starbucks coffee in the rooms, free parking and a central location.

3. The bathrooms were dingy and the tubs stained, we were supposed to get heavenly bath products and robes which consisted of one robe and once shampoo and conditioner for two people for the entire 3 night stay.
