5. The available Mercedes SUV shuttle was handy and the hotel is in a good location on a quiet street just between downtown and Oak Lawn.

6. Nice area of Dallas though, very close to Knox-Henderson Street restaurants (must try Trece, La Taverna, and Toulouse)and to downtown also (Stephan Pyles is great).

7. There is a bar/restaurant directly accross the street that we enjoyed and it is close to many other bars/restaurants/shopping and is just shy of downtown.

8. The only reason I didn't give it a 'Excellent' review was that there is a highrise being build across the street so at 7:00 am every morning, we could look directly out our window and see construction men on the 7th floor.
