However, the spa consistently couldn't seem to handle our group reservations; they were late in starting appointments, 4 of the 6 of us had incorrect agendas, and one of the nail technicians chose to yell at two of the girls for the spa's mix up and confusion, saying 'all day your group has been confusing us!' (as if it were our fault the front desk was disorganized)Then, after checking out, I realized that not only were we charged for mini bar items we didn't use, but they added $100 to each room charge as a 'hold' fee, even though there is no mention of it when you check in, or on the paperwork you sign at checkout.
