3. I don't know if the staff has daily training on arriving guests or they just have a naturally great staff, but from the front desk to the concierge to bartender and Bolla waitstaff they provide great service with a smile and most seem to know me by name.

5. The rooms are airy, the bed was comfortable (turndown service), the wi-fi was a bonus as my husband had to work a lot of the time we were there.

9. While I imagine this is not a typical issue at the Stoneleigh, it does point to a greater issue of organizational and customer service arrogance.

10. My biggest complaint is maybe a little petty,but the Bolla restaurant & cleaning staff could really use some training from the basics like consolidating trips to a better understanding of customer service.
