1. The food in the restaurant and bar is exceptional, which is awesome as the neighborhood has no walkable dining options for dinner.

4. Restaurant was decent but there are not many restaurant options within walking distance (although there is a shuttle which will pick up and drop off throughout the downtown area -- we didn't bother with it since there was no traffic but there were many guests using the service).
