1. The Double Tree rooms and public areas are clean and classy, parking is convenient, and the Starbucks in the lobby is a plus in the morning.

8. After waiting an hour in downtown Cleveland traffic (not the hotels fault, I realize!) we waiting another 30 minutes in line for the parking garage that is attached to the hotel only to be told that the garage was full.
