3. Staff was friendly and helpful and complimentary breakfast included eggs, bacon, etc. All-in-all an excellent value and great location for car-less visitors.

4. Booked on Priority Club points so not sure about the value relative to other hotels in the area.

5. Have to take points off value, I think because it's downtown it looks quite pricey, off season rates must have been in effect because I rather enjoyed the deal I got.
