1. As a Priority Club member, I've come to love the late checkout option, but this is the only hotel that will not allow you to request one upon check in.

2. Trash cans in the breakfast bar were stuffed so full you could not possible dispose of your wasteI should have got suspicious when I asked for a late checkout on Sunday because I was running in the marathon.

4. (not a problem if you are a Boston calibre marathoner!) Other downtown hotels were offering 1:00 and 2:00 checkouts.

5. With that said, the service and personnel were absolutely the nicest and one of the most pleasant to deal with from check in, breakfast, room service and checkout.
