1. But the housekeeping staff were wonderful, and that made the whole stay better than I expected, and made the hotel one I will recommend.

8. the bed bug was giving to the hotel concierge for evidence but he did not want it even though it was double wrapped in tissue!we left on sunday august 14, 2011 later on that day my credit card was charged again with 2 different explanations, they did not act on the bed bug matter i will never recommend any of my family & friends stay there nor will i ever go back.

9. The hotel is about a 20 minute drive from downtown Cleveland, but it was easy enough to drive into town to check out the attractions (Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, Cleveland Indians, etc.) Would definitely recommend a stay here if you're in Cleveland.
