2. the bed bug was giving to the hotel concierge for evidence but he did not want it even though it was double wrapped in tissue!we left on sunday august 14, 2011 later on that day my credit card was charged again with 2 different explanations, they did not act on the bed bug matter i will never recommend any of my family & friends stay there nor will i ever go back.

3. We used our Star points and stayed at the Concierge level which made the room a bit nicer that usual.
