1. My room had a nice terrace overlooking Frankin Street, and although I did not have time to enjoy it, I think if you are traveling here on leisure it would be lovely to have.

It's frankly, too bad that Franklin street isn't what it used to be in terms of local shopping establishments (more chain stores and cheap dinner establishments for the student partiers nowadays), because the prime location of this hotel in the heart of Franklin Street in Chapel Hill is definitely the best in town.
