was a wonderful lady who was constantly greeting people with a warm smile, constantly going to every table to make sure service was wonderful, helping the busy wait staff by refilling coffee and water.

I had e-mailed the
manager
ahead of time; because we were on a tight schedule due to work obligations and only able to come down for a long weekend, we booked an early flight from Philadelphia to Raleigh-Durham that would bring us into Chapel Hill at 9 a.m. Saturday.
