1. We were greeted warmly by the staff upon arrival, with the valet taking care of our parking, and the front desk, who even greeted us by name.

5. My wife and I stayed here for a wedding and were immediately impressed by the valets, who were anxious to help us with our bags and struck up a conversation about where we were from, etc. and allowed us to stow our luggage until check in time.

10. Just one negative-there is no parking, you either have to pay $10 for valet each day, or be frugal like my husband and I and drive around about 5 blocks away looking for free parking.
