The front desk was extremely helpful in providing directions and answering questions when needed, and when we purchased a 6-pack of a local microbrew, and realized we didn't have a bottle opener, they searched high and low for one to loan us, and the manager himself brought it up to the room and apologized for the "long" time it took (which was certainly under 5 minutes!).
