7. My wife and I stayed here for a wedding and were immediately impressed by the valets, who were anxious to help us with our bags and struck up a conversation about where we were from, etc. and allowed us to stow our luggage until check in time.

8. I have come to see my son on an infrequent basis but they recognize me when I check in and often give me an upgrade to a beautiful room with a view.

9. We used the valet for parking ($10/day) but at check-in we found out you can park your own car (not sure where).
