7. While the newer section lacks some of the old style charm of the older rooms, the newer rooms have bathrooms which are nicer and larger with exhaust fans, heating lamps, and bigger vanities with a larger 'workspace' counter.

8. While the hotel has a working arrangement for a no-charge visit at a nearby fitness center two or three blocks away, my preference in staying at a fairly large (Boulderado has 160 rooms) hotel is to have a 24/7 on-site fitness center (doesn't need to be huge, but at least something).

9. I was afraid this might mean 'small', but the room was huge with king bed and a sitting area with vanity sink and mini-frig.

10. In this stay I had one of the newer rooms in the new section and had a nice view of the surrounding neighborhood.
