2. Stained and peeling wallpaper throughout the hotel, broken tiles in the bathrooms, towel bar falling off the wall, broken lid on back of commode, broken curtain rods, torn curtains, rust stains in the tubs, broken toilet, and I had a leaning toilet.

4. Upon calling the front desk a maintenance worker came quickly to attend to the problem, however, left a mess in the tub of hair and grime after telling us the problem had been a hairclog from previous customers.
