6. The free shuttle bus was very convenient, but as a family with small children we would have appreciated more to have a hotel restaurant/bar and a nice neighborhood with walking distance to local restaurants.

8. Arrived late the first night to find out the free shuttle had stopped so my 80 year old mother and myself were directed by the desk girls to walk across a very busy street for a bar type meal.

9. I politely asked the front desk to please, move my daughter and I off the first floor (as we did not feel safe with iron bars on the windows) and explained that I would be willing to pay for an upgrade.

10. Furthermore, they put my daughter and I on the first floor, where there were IRON bars on the windows- needless to say, my daughter and I felt extremely uncomfortable with these visibly crude fixtures.
