5. The stay was fine, service was good with valet but returned from a 2 week trip and the valet pulled up with my car and says 'here you go', and I find a HUGE dent in the driver's door with the paint peeling off and damaged handle that was not there when I left it with the valet.

7. I would say it took less than three minutes to arrive and when we returned to the hotel, our car (completely free of snow from the mega blizzard) was waiting for us and the valet helped us with our bags.
