1. This would be one of my few complaints, as all cheaper hotels such as Holiday Inn Express or Best Western do not charge for internet.

At the end of our trip, after 9 days of staying in small inns and B&Bs, my husband and I really appreciated having things like a couch, a refrigerator, two nice TVs (not that we actually needed two), a decent-sized desk with 3 chairs, good wireless access, and lots of places to plug in electronics to charge.

6. Each trip cost 1.80, one way, on the card, and you could jump from the 'blue line', to the 'red line' at no additional charge.

8. When we got to the room, we had to call downstairs to make sure we had the room that we were charged for because it was much roomier than the first two nights -- they upgraded us at no charge.
