1. The Door man and Concierge desk were extremely attentive and ensured that the hotel bus was dispatched to meet us at the depot and return us to the hotel, as well as taking good care of our luggage.

4. I wanted to go downtown to walk around and get some dinner and the concierge recommended a very nice italian restaraunt in little italy and ordered a taxi for us which was about 20 dollars one way.
