4. stayed here twice in 2 weeks was exec floor first time very nice nibbles in loungesecond time was normal floor went into room late afternoon and noise from tv next door wayyyy to loud so i rang down and was upgraded free of charge back to exec floor, pool lovely , bar food nice but pricey,.

7. Two things keep me from giving the excellent rating -- a charge for Internet service, which should be free, considering many businesspeople use this hotel, and some knocking noises that were hard to determine as to origin, and lasted for about five minutes.
