1. The long walk during daylight wasn't scary but also wasn't pleasant.

2. Parking at the hotel is only available on the street and it can be hard to find a space at night since residents have priority, but if you find a space, stay in it and walk around.

4. It is a 10 minute walk from Baltimore`s Penn Station so you can come in on AmTrak or Marc trains.

6. I was there for a convention and it was actually pretty close to the Baltimore convention center that I could walk to it if the light rail took too long.

7. Room itself wasn't too bad (good exercise getting to 4th floor walk-up, but no fun with the luggage), nice view of church across street, but was rather shabby.
