Pros: reasonable price good
location
convenient parking ($3) clean beds and bathrooms pleasant, helpful staffCons: old property (some would say 'run down') lots of stairs/ no elevator potential to be loud not for childrenThe Biltmore is over a hundred years old and the floors and walls are no longer square.

If you're looking for a low cost stay in a convenient
location
in the city of Baltimore, and your willing to overlook the fact the hotel has probably seen better days, as I was, then you'll be fine here for a night or so.

The
location
was perfect for my trips to the Walters Art Museum and the free 'Charm City Circulator' bus makes it very convenient to anywhere in the city.

He was quite familiar to the neighborhood, so it was not a surprise the convenient
location
of this hotel, 2 or 3 streets from Charles St.

We were just a little bit worried about the hotel cause the other reviews we read, but for the 120usd per night we payed, we received a fairly good service, a nice comfortable bed and a great

Location
left much to be desired: we were told it was pretty close to Inner Harbor, which it wasn't; there is a trolley, but after dark, even walking a block or two from trolley stop to hotel was a bit scary in the deserted neighborhood.
"Disappointing: far from Inner Harbor, bit shabby, neighborhood iffy. "
