3. Because of my schedule I thought I might have to miss seeing the Aquarium, but when I called the hotel front desk, they said they had tickets that were members tickets which allowed you to go in anytime--and they turned out to be cheaper than buying them directly from the Aquarium.

5. i was feeling under the weather and a female from the front desk called to make sure i was ok =) i was surprise to see that she was a new trainee there also because everyone there carried themselves with such great expertise.

8. While the front desk was responsive when I called to complain, I don't believe it was within their ability to control the noise level or their behavior of the guests staying at the hotel or attending the party that evening.
