1. The pool at the hotel is very small, but the pool lounge is very nice and comfortable with upscale furnishings and a large flat screen TV.

6. I can't say enough about the staff, from Angel at the desk who lives up to her name, Derek at the door, Alexandra at the Pool, absolutely everyone we encountered was so friendly and warm.

7. And, having mall access from within the hotel, a Starbucks downstairs, an indoor pool for the kids, nice size fitness center, an excellent restaurant/bar and Club Lounge, why would you want to stay anywhere else in Inner Harbor.
