1. In addition, I spoke again today to the Showcase representatives about the fact that my credit card ended up being billed for all of the charges even though the initial help desk person said that 5 of the 6 distinct charges would be dropped.

In order to straighten this out, we had to make a couple of trips to and from the front desk and back to the restaurant, and though it seems that they got it straight in the end (I haven't gotten my credit card bill yet, so I'm not 100% sure), it didn't leave a good taste in our mouths--and neither did the breakfast, which was fairly mediocre.

8. The room was not cleaned properly (my breakfast from the first morning was still in the room three days later and the bed was not made on one day), there were exorbitant charges on my bill that I was not informed of at the time (parking of $72 per day) and the staff were so rude (one put the phone down on me and the other would not allow me to speak to the manager) that I almost moved out and went to stay somewhere else.

9. The management WILL NOT pay for the damage or the property, WILL NOT take the valet parking charge off of the bill and WILL NOT take responsibility for the damages.
