6. The operations manager measured the height of the beds for him, the door men let me leave my car at the entrance to the hotel numerous times through out the day while I shuttled him in and out (which sometimes took 30 minutes or more), the front desk patiently went through all the previous days receipts when he thought there was a discrepancy on the bill (he was wrong).

7. The room was not cleaned properly (my breakfast from the first morning was still in the room three days later and the bed was not made on one day), there were exorbitant charges on my bill that I was not informed of at the time (parking of $72 per day) and the staff were so rude (one put the phone down on me and the other would not allow me to speak to the manager) that I almost moved out and went to stay somewhere else.
