1. Although located at the top end of the strip it's a 5 minute walk to Stratoshphere, 10 minutes to Circus Circus/Riviera area and a very pleasant and do-able hour's stroll from the MGM area.

2. It is located on the older part of the strip but after all the biggest part of being in Vegas is to walk the strip and enjoy the beautiful architect it has to offer.
