1. bottle of half drunk beer on hall table for 3 days,,,,,,,,, cleaners that cant make a bed to save their lives,,,,,arrogant check-in managers who dont care about good service,,,,, entertainment only 2 nights ( good tho ),,,,,,The clientle in this hotel looked just like they came from the HOOD (neighbourhood gangs),,, prison tattoos, baseball caps, pierced noses etc, you name it and they were here.

3. I had to use my cell phone to call the front desk to report the non-functioning room phone, and was told an assistant manager would bring up a new one.

4. After waiting almost another hour (in the hot room), a surly assistant manager showed up with a new phone (which also did not work), and made it very clear that he had no interest whatsoever in hearing about the list of unacceptable items in the room.

I explained my great disappointment and concern to a manager who was visible upset that I had taken photos of the room, and tried to say that there was nothing he could do and there was no way he could refund my money but that he could put a "request" in to the accounting department to have my money refunded to the website I made the reservation with.
