3. good location all the parkings are free in Vegas, you should have a car hotel in front of the Stratosphere that has this excellent restaurant and view on the strip the hotel looks old inside but the rooms are correct and clean very very long queue to check in (about 1 hour).

5. The hotel is on the strip a bit up north from the main busy section of the strip but Vegas has tons of free parking so it doesn't really matter where you are unless you want to fall around drunk all weekend, in which case I'd suggest a taxi anyways.

8. Lastly the parking garages had plenty of parking despite being a holiday weekend (Memorial Day) but they have some of the oldest, creakiest elevators I`ve ever been in.
