1. And at 6 pm when our room still hadn't been cleaned the last evening we were there, I called housekeeping just to get some fresh towels.

3. Staff very pleasant and accomodating when my friend and I asked for extra towels, etc. The pool area was clean and I was able to find a spot in the shade every time.
