5. We only ate at the buffet (breakfast and dinner) - this has to be one of the best in Vegas - the Carnival World buffet is unbelievable - massive selection and excellent quality - and breakfast was just as huge.

7. Dinner buffet had great Asian, Mexican, sushi, sliced beef, sliced roast pork, sald bar, soups, pastas, pizza, chicken, fish, veggies, potatoes, fish, pell and eat and fried shrimp, all you can eat crab legs, ice cream/gellato bar, deserts and much much more.
