7. Staff very pleasant and accomodating when my friend and I asked for extra towels, etc. The pool area was clean and I was able to find a spot in the shade every time.

9. There were quite a few families with small children in the pool having fun and it wasn't a problem at all because the area is so well laid out.

10. The sandy-beach pool has it's own music which was great at first and not to loud, but at about noon REALLY LOUD music took over the entire pool area.
