1. I would not stay here again being I like to just walk out and check out the sites and not have to wait for a ride to get you there.

3. The check in and check out process was very pleasant and all the employees there were great from the cocktail waitresses in the casinos to the housekeeping staff, the wait staff in the buffet and the reception area.

5. Since I'm an Occupational Therapist, I took a quick glance at the equipment and grab bar placement in our room (didn't check out my mom's closely); the equipment seemed nice, and there were more than enough grab bars around the tub area and the toilet.

6. I'd for sure stay at the Rio again and you have to check out the buffet, one of the best in Vegas IMO.

7. The check in line was very long but check out was very easy.

8. The trip went down hill at 60mph at check out Ileana and Katherine Cabania are culprits to blame, Ileana accused me of removing 3 items from the mini bar and argued the point that the mini bar has sensors and its NEVER wrong.

9. Check-out by telephone because on Friday morning, July 15th the front desk was mobbed with people trying to check out so we had to go back up to the room and check out by phone, no problem, quick and easy.
