4. Other than that which took about 1 1/2 hours to check in and kinda correct the problem, the staff was pleasant and the resort itself is nice.

Bad - pool was too small for size of hotel - people would put down towels on the best chairs and never come back - although pool staff was good about walking around and picking them up - pool could have been twice the size and been better - bartenders there were super nice, and you could order food.
