1. I left a jean jacket there and contacted them after a week and they had found it and are sending it to me as a complimentary service(no charge) I thought that was very hospitable of them.

3. There are many casinos nearby that are better than Harrah's in every area so if the smoke bothers you, use their services.

8. We had a rental car this visit, the valet runners were great, offered quick service, a friendly smile and good directions (since there was construction and very few signs.
