1. There are shops galore and numerous restaurants to enjoy, including the Italian (of course) 'outdoor patio' place named Tintoretto that we enjoyed our free dinner at.

Instead, we simply checked in our bags (free), completed our preliminary paperwork (locking in the best available room early), then we explored part of the strip in 70 degree sunshine, ate lunch, took advantage of a timeshare presentation (separate review) to get ourselves several free show tickets, a $50 visa card, and a free 5-couse Italian dinner (salmon & pasta which was very good).

3. The price for the weekend was sky high, so we spent 3 nights at the IP (see my other review) to save enough for a (quite) a few good dinners while we were here.

5. As for some tips, we had a wonderful dinner at Battista's Hole in the Wall and saw a great show, Gordie Brown at the Golden Nuggat in old LV $35 for a very nice buffet and the show, havent laughed that hard in years.

6. Went straight up and re-arranged all my luggage with the tv on and then relaxed watching it, so it was a pleasant few hours of settling in before dinner.

7. We ate at Cafe at Harrahs for breakfast (slow service but good food) and the Flavors Buffet for dinner (decent buffet for the price).

8. Not a buffet I am bragging about, but exceedingly convenient and when you do 4 buffets in 24 hours - dinner 9pm, breakfast, lunch and dinner at 8pm next day - it is unbeleivably reasonable at $11 per buffet.

9. Recommendations in the area for cheaper, non-casino eats:- breakfast at Denny's just down the Blvd to the north (cheap and fast, even when crowded)- dinner at Battista's Hole in the Wall, south down the Blvd to Flamingo Rd, hang a left and walk a long block.

10. We bought ours at 7:00pm on Thursday night, ate at the Spice market buffet at Planet Hollywood (it was great) for dinner, then we had breakfast at Harrah's on Friday, Lunch at Harrah's on Friday, and Dinner at the buffet at Paris (damn good) on Friday night all for a total of $44.00.
