5. Check in was good - only one slight problem (room requested was not available) but after speaking to the manager, our request was granted (which was great considering it was Labor Day weekend).

Had a very bad experience with a cocktail waitress named Joy while playing penny slots, the Beverage Manager actually told us she's already in the disciplinary action, totally rude, Manager agreed and didn't offer any comps to make up for her, other than that, had a great time, the rest of the staff was awesome, minus the no coffee pot in the room.

8. (While talking to the manager other patrons were being helped around us and all having the same problem, no more non smoking rooms) We were offered for an additional fee remodeled non smoking rooms, which we reluctantly took over the smoking ones.

10. I remember customer service being 'sorry sir we made a mistake and over booked, let me upgrade you for free' The lady at the front desk was very rude to both me and my wife and the manager was some kid that could care less.
